Steve Tauber
Steve founded The Walchli Tauber Group with Gary Walchli in November 1998. Previous to starting the new company with Gary, Steve spent 10 years working for Williams & Wilkins.  At Williams & Wilkins, Steve started as a telephone sales rep and then worked his way up to field sales representative, field sales supervisor and finally to Advertising Sales Manager.  While at Williams & Wilkins Steve was also responsible for selling the advertising space in The Journal of Urology, which at the time was one of the leading W&W publications in terms of advertising sales.  Steve graduated from Towson State University in 1987 with a B.S. degree in Business with a marketing concentration.

Steve is originally from Baltimore and grew up in southeast Baltimore County just outside of the city. He actually was born and raised in the same town as his business partner, Gary. The town they both grew up in is actually an old blue-color steel town and is the home of Bethlehem Steel's Sparrows Point Plant. Both Gary and Steve's fathers worked for the local steel mill.

Steve is the father of three children, Elizabeth, fourteen, Stephen, nine and Maggie five.  In his spare time, Steve enjoys spending time with his family.  He also enjoys:  running/exercising, reading, digital photography, touring and photographing lighthouses and amateur weather.
